MaltoPure maltodextrins are quick-dispersing forms of standard maltodextrin products. These products are produced by an agglomeration process that increases particle size and lowers bulk density compared to standard products. MaltoPure rehydrates instantaneously in hot or cold liquids and will not affect the color, clarity or viscosity of finished products at typical usage levels. MaltoPure is also an excellent fat replacer or extender in applications calling for a rich, creamy mouthfeel but require a reduced fat content. The low density is ideal to provide bulk in high intensity sweetener blends. They can also carry limited quantities of oil without losing their physical form or flow properties. This product line is both Kosher and Halal.
80WheyUSA is a rapidly dispersible and soluble functional and nutritional ingredient with 80% protein on a dry basis. It is manufactured from fresh cheese or whey using ultra-filtration and is one of the most concentrated forms of protein due to its high whey protein composition. Having been instantized it mixes easily into products such as drink mixes and is rapidly digested permitting fast absorption into the blood stream and muscles.
80WheyUSA also provides excellent emulsifying, water binding and gelling functionality when used in food applications.
90WheyUSA is manufactured from spray dried sweet dairy whey isolated through a microfiltration process at low temperatures. Our Agglomeration process makes this 90% whey protein isolate readily dispersible and soluble in cold liquids. With its white to cream-color, clarity and neutral, clean flavor, this high quality protein contains all the essential amino acids and the highest level of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) available in a natural food source making it the ideal candidate for inclusion in protein beverages and other nutritional products. 90Whey USA exhibits excellent functionality with its solubility, water absorption, gelling and whipping properties.
34WheyUSA is manufactured from spray dried sweet dairy whey isolated through a microfiltration process at low temperatures. Agglomeration further enhances dispersion characteristics through the modification of both particle size and density.

SlimMilk is manufactured from spray dried skim milk powder, which is instantized to produce large, irregular shaped particles that disperse in hot or cold water. SlimMilk conforms to the United States Standards for U.S. Extra Grade, Instant Nonfat Dry Milk. Cottage cheese, chocolate dairy beverages and vended beverages are common applications where good hot or cold dispersion characteristics are necessary.
SlimMilk (Fortified) is manufactured like our SlimMilk but is fortified with Vitamins A and D. This product contains a minimum of 2,000 IU/100g of Vitamin A and 400 I.U of Vitamin D in each quart of reconstituted product for applications where material conforming to the United States Standards for U.S. Extra Grade, Fortified Instant Nonfat Dry Milk is required.
SlimMilk LF is low-fat dry milk that contains 1-2% milk-fat when reconstituted for use. Unlike nonfat dry milks, SlimMilk LF has just a touch of cream added for delicious taste. Ordinary nonfat dry milk requires the addition of fresh milk for better flavor, but because SlimMilk LF has the touch of cream, you do not have to add fresh milk to make it taste great!
